Peekaboo

I see you! Oooh, now I see my quesadilla. Yummy.

Rockin' Robin

Jack performed with his class today. He was so cute up there, all smiles! He saw me in the crowd and just lit up. He did a lot of looking at me and not so much of looking at his teachers for the moves. Fun stuff :)

Last day at Kehoe

Jack came home with tons of fun stuff from his teachers at school today. He and his class will perform on Thursday, but today was the last day of class for him. I can't believe a year has passed so quickly! Mrs. Mary saved all of his artwork from the year and put it inside this box. He came home with a bunch each day, but there was more! She also made a picture book of pictures from throughout the year for me. Her present to Jack was a CD of all the songs that the kids sang and danced to this year. I popped it in the CD player and Jack showed me all of the movements. He has learned so much at Kehoe and it truly was one of the best decisions I've made for him. We'll miss Kehoe so much next year. I enrolled Jack in a private preschool closer to home (that doesn't take 3 hours roundtrip a day, that is) for next year. I can only hope he'll get as much out of it as he has at Kehoe!

I got to hold Elise again!

I finally got the brisket over to Katie and Arnaud (I was supposed to take it the day she ended up having Elise) and got to hold the sweet baby girl again while I was there. She told me lots of sweet nothings while she was dreaming and made the cutest sounds. I can't wait to see her again when she gets baptized in June.

For Lauren

Here's Theo in his bubble (aka dress). It snaps at the crotch, just like a onesie, but it's full at the bottom. Jack declared that Theo looked like a "princess" today and I quickly corrected him! This outfit is a hand-me-down from Aunt Christy and we'll only be wearing it at home. Theo is too pretty of a baby to be caught in anything resembling a dress...... b/c he already gets mistaken for a girl a lot.

Jazz in the Vines

We took the boys to listen to music at a local vineyard last night. You pack a picnic and sit amongst the vines to listen to live music. There was a great crowd last night b/c the weather was a cool 68 degrees. The boys lasted about 1 1/2 hours before pooping out. Jack ran around and danced to music (of course!!) and Theo sat on the blanket we packed and occasionally tried to eat grass. We all had a nice time.

Lego stealer!

Jack loves to build "firestations" with his legos. Well, baby brother decided to help one day. Let's just say that Jack wasn't down with this and had to leave the project for Theo to finish. Or chew on. We're learning lots of new life lessons here with Theo on the move.........

A little while later, Theo crawled over to our ottoman and I stood him up. He chewed on some magazines and then face-planted off. He is definitely not the stander that his brother was!
