Dave and I had a room with a view, a nearby pool with a swim up bar, beautiful cliff views of the Caribbean Sea, amazing dinners each night at the resort restaurants, a cellphone to contact our butler Tana, and plenty of R &R.
We took a day trip over to the island of Martinique by catamaran. The wild ride over (and back) was worth it to see the "Paris of the Caribbean". We saw the original St. Louis Cathedral before going to a private beach to snorkel and relax on the black sand. Very worth the motion sickness from the catamaran!
We had a fantastic week and hope to return one day!
