Tomorrow is Dr. Seuss' birthday and we are celebrating it a little early by making these adorable (and yummy) treats. I made these for Theo's class to eat tomorrow after Mrs. Hoover reads the book The Cat in the Hat to them, but knew Jack would get a kick out of them too!! I let the boys pick out whichever color gummies that they wanted (instead of all red) and be generous with the amount of icing they used. Good thing there is plenty leftover, so we'll be doing this again tomorrow after school!
