Happy Thanksgiving
We ventured over to Robin and Kevin's house for turkey and trimmings. I made Betsy's famous sweet potato souffle again this year. Anything with a stick of butter is good, after all. We had a great time with Papa's side of the family.
Mark and Ella
Dave and I took the boys to the park to meet up with Mark and Ella (and my friend Carrie from high school. Theo was born right after Mark and Ella, so we joke that they are triplets. The kids had a blast together.
Family Time
We've been in Houston this week with Mimi and Papa. There have been tons of games played, Yahtzee being one of them. We met Bill, Sonja, Cody, and Mama out for dinner Tuesday night in Hempstead. We don't get to see them that often, but always enjoy our time together.

LSU vs Ole Miss
Gigi and I took the boys to the LSU game yesterday. We thought it would be the best one for Theo, being a day game and a rather easy opponent. Well, so we thought!! Old Miss brought their A game, and we had to stay the entire game since the score was so close. Theo ate and drank non stop to stay occupied. He occasionally cheered in between trips to the bathroom ;). Ha ha!! Jack, however, was engrossed in the game. He was having Gigi explain the rules and plays to him. He watched most of the game through the binoculars so he could really follow the game.
We visited Mike the Tiger's den, the tiger statue, and all of our bricks on campus before the game. The TAF has a tailgate before the game as well, so we ate lunch there. The band performs for the crowd at the P Mac and the boys got a kick out of that.
All in all, Jack will definitely be going to another game soon. Theo, not so much!! Ha ha!

Thanksgiving Baskets
The Missions board at church filled 61 food baskets again this year. The whole congregation pitches in, supplying food, money, and time to make this possible. The boys helped distribute crosses made by the Sunday school classes to each family. Our ministers prayed over each family as they came to pick up their food baskets. I'm proud of Jack and Theo for being a part of this mission.
