Mimi and Papa gave Jack a ladybug habitat for his birthday and we've been "raising" ladybugs from eggs ever since. It was fun seeing them go through their stages of metamorphosis over the last few weeks. We decided to share the fun with Jack's class and most importantly to let Jack release the ladybugs with all of his friends at school. Jack's teachers were so great and took all of these wonderful pictures for me. Ladybugs can live up to a year in the wild but only 2 weeks in captivity so we're happy to have our little friends out and about near Jack's school :)

How fun! I've seen the butterfly habitat but not the ladybugs. I bet they loved it!
I'm so glad that you got to let the ladybugs go with your friends from school.
love you
mimi and papa
