Zoo

We're on day ??? of no daddy and I'm doing my best to keep the boys busy. Jack really misses his dad and asks when he'll be back :( We met up with Tank and Luke today at the zoo. Their dad just took a job in Houston and their mom is going to be on her own as well (until their house sells at least). It was a gorgeous day and Jack had so much fun with his friends. Tank and Luke really let Jack just be a boy and have fun doing the things boys do best- running, jumping, climbing and exploring! The boys got to touch an elephant. I did too and they are very hairy! Theo was NOT pleased to be confined to the stroller (flashback to yesterday's 5k) so I let him explore a bit. He's still a little unsteady so he crawled more than he walked in the play area while Jack was busy playing. Both boys took a brief nap on the ride home. The Causeway bridge will put anyone to sleep though!!
